Official Launch of PPM Express|Time: Automate & Simplify Time Tracking Routine

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new product – PPM Express|Time – an intelligent time tracking software that simplifies and automates the work time reporting routine of your employees and reduces significantly manual work when logging time entries into the report. PPM Express|Time analyzes the user’s activity in the applications and generates time reporting suggestions. The application has been designed to fully support Microsoft apps such as Office 365 Mail (Outlook), Office 365 Graph, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and others.

With PPM Express|Time, your employees don’t need to remember everything they’ve been doing during the day and to spend lots of time handcrafting daily reports. As a result, it reduces the bureaucracy burden on teams and lets them focus on their tasks while PPM Express|Time records down everything they do daily and composes their reports for them.

The development of PPM Express|Time started last year, and during the past 8 months, the application has been in beta-testing. Most of our beta customers loved using PPM Express Time for daily work time reporting, and many new features have come from their feedback.

At the moment, PPM Express|Time supports the following integrations:

  • Microsoft Planner
  • Microsoft Azure Boards (former VSTS/TFS)
  • Office 365
  • GitHub
  • Zendesk

The platform allows for tracking user activity and imports the information about the documents, meetings, calendar entries, emails, or tasks the user was working on and for how long into the suggested time for the daily report. The user just needs to accept, decline, or modify the given suggestions.

Other features of PPM Express|Time that is worth mentioning are:

  • Full protection of user privacy – only user-confirmed records will be on the timesheet
  • Insightful time reporting dashboards for users and administrators
  • Ability to log administrative time, such as sick leave, vacation, etc.
  • Ability to set up holidays and the working day length
  • Ability to create and import projects and assign users to them
  • Day, week, or month view

Our team focus moving forward for PPM Express|Time is adding new connectors to such applications as Microsoft Project Online, Dynamics 365 Family, and others.
